Game Jam: “sobre”viver em Berlim, São Paulo

Thursday 13 March, 6pm - Saturday 15 March, 6pm
Together with A MAZE, the international festival label for independent games and playful media art in Berlin, the Goethe-Institut São Paulo invites you to a Game Jam. Within 48 hours, around 50 programmers, game designers and artists from São Paulo create digital games that make you keen to learn German and get to know Berlin. The emphasis is on the fun of game development. It's about experimental gameplay and realizing ideas under time pressure.

As special guest, Lea Schönfelder will come from Germany, whose video game "Perfect Woman" was presented at international festivals and is nominated for the Independent Games Festival Nuovo Award 2014.

The games that are developed during the Game Jam will be presented by the teams, then exhibited to play and evaluated by a jury. Also the best three games will get exhibit at A MAZE. / Berlin 2014 - Festival link:
